This is a quilt made for a friend's daughter's wedding - she chose the pattern having seen Carla's Tequila Sunrise quilt, but wanted darker colours - in fact she limited the palate to green, blue and purple. it was a surprisingly difficult mental effort to sew another quilt that was the same except for colours of one just finished, and i don't think i'll be doing that again! quilted professionally by Sue Shute who, by one of those weird coincidences, is the next door neighbour of the bride's family. pattern from Kaffe Fasset's book on patchwork.
